Blind folks using the crock pot

I've read quite a bit about the crock pot being the perfect appliance for blind or low vision folks. I recently did a cooking demonstration at a support group meeting. Would anyone be interested in crock pot recipes? You can halve a recipe for one or two people and for a smaller crock pot. I also have several tips for blind cooks. I used to cater and still cook a lot. Would be glad to share with any of you and can't wait to see what everyone else has to contribute.
Happy Cooking,

Yeah, I'd love some recipes for krock pot. I've been using it a bit and found at least two good recipes (it's actually fine to cook bigger ones, most of this food can be kept in the freezer and split up into portions which is great for those nights you really don't feel like cooking and want to eat something beisdes deliverred pizza or Chinese food). :)
I get a bit tired of it because the krock pot ones I've tried taste very similar, so any new recipe would be appreciated. I also love using the George Foreman grill for meat (even nice beef tastes really good on it if you put salt, pepper, olive oil and soy sauce, nohey or marinade on it, apply while grilling) also just frying up chicken and using it on tortillas .. possibly with mushrooms or even onions is good. I think blind people can use most things, I even managed to use a deep fryer once, it was a bit scary and it was a personal deep fryer that you actually closed before lowering the basket into the oil. I need more practice with it and it's a bit scary but it's definitely doable. :)
cheers
